Great company to work for, been here nearly a year never had any issues, bonus for just turning up and doing your job. Good perks like Gym and Sky packages free also free, management are good.

Been here over 2 years and its honestly a great place to work. Team members are fab the atmosphere is fab and the management is fab. Would definitely recommend this place to work. Bonus and the incentives are good put the graft in you get paid a good wage ....

Great place to work, they go out of their way a lot to help people with mental health issue and even have a dedicate Zen room with Bean bags where you can just lie about and feel calm. They have faith rooms where you can pray and a room where you can order food, eat it and play pool. You can also take a break to goto the toilet whenever you like, other call centres have rules about not doing that, but most of all the building is surrounded by some of the best takeaways in Sheffield, I have put on weight since working here.

Firstly I will give the one star to a manager mentioning no names who is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to work with, but the rest of the company/business/rules should be chucked into hell. NO sympathy for staff whatsoever, NO help during this pandemic, NO support when your KPI's are dropping/you are literally just a number on that seat for them to get those hours in they couldn't care less if you're in your grave.

They lied to me during the interview stage about what my job would entail. I was given several assurances there would be no cold calling involved, but then I was set on cold calling anyway. Additionally to this they lied about the sales targets, and even about flexible working hours ..and the break times.I was given three weeks training to complete as part of my probation period with the sky campaign. The training staff themselves were nice, but there were 115/125 other people at first, many people never gained access to the computer systems for reasons unclear to everyone, but this would become an issue for them as eventually the team leaders would blame it on the workers themselves. The training quickly descended into a chaotic environment, there were many extreme arguments, and no work provided for the majority of it. The working area we were in was not sufficiently ventilated, and was not covid compliant. During the first three weeks about 80ish people quit on the spot.

I've currently worked for CC33 now for about 6 weeks and 7 days and i must say it's the best place iv worked for a long time the staff are very help full and always praise your hard work they never pull you down when you are have a bad day and they make take the time to let you know you matter we are not just numbers sat on seats.they don't discriminate against for having uncontrolled health issues they just support you the best they can and put your health and safety unlike the people i worked for before the management are fantastic

The worst place to work absolutely useless work place. Training was only 3 days and then stuck on the phone to take calls. I had bereavement time off and a circumstance that was out of my control I advised I will be coming back and right at the end I was told I can start for a different training group as I will need training again. I was not in need of training again as it was only 3 days of 5 hour shifts. They kicked me out because of my circumstance out of control, which I mentioned I will bring evidence for, the day before I was meant to get paid so that they could take £250 out of my wage for training so left me with nothing.My expenses in getting to and from work all wasted on a company that has given me nothing at all. It's a dead place not the best of environment really small where there s no really area for you to chill. You are always being watched and pressure put on you for their benefit.Bonus structure isn't good at all you have to hit 5 target a day to even start off your bonus. And that too starts at bare minimum if one day you get 4 and the other day 4 as well it doesn't count and you will not get paid for it.Would not recommend working here. The work place is in favour of the managers there, theres no room for improvement and to develop.

Got paid £23 for 4 days a week. Nobody has got back to me and nobody has rectify the problem or contact me. My experience with this company has been unprofessional, stressful some of the team leaders are rude and talk down to you. IfI'd read the reviews beforehand I would never, joined this company.Again I was underpaid it took me nearly a weekto get my money back and from what I was told there were 40 people who were underpaid last week..
