Went to Elsa Hair Salon for me and my daughter's haircut daughter had a curly blow dry (+extra £5) as well, I paid £75 in total for a service I could litterly do myself at home it was a litterly waste of money would never go there again and would definitely not recommend anyone to go there. Very unhappy and disappointed with the service received.

Provides a full variety of beauty treatments with mini options as a great opportunity to trial different services.My daughters and I spent the day experiencing amazing quality therapies by attentive therapists.There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend!

This salon is one of the best in Kew! The staff here is superb! The service is great! They greet you with a smile and always try to accommodate your requests. Kinjal is so friendly and she does one of the best head massages and pedicures I have ever had.The manager Ishani is incredible. Her service with a smile really makes you comfortable from the start. She is a fantastic beauty therapist and hairdresser. She has been one of the best finds for me when I moved to Chiswick! A true gem!I will never go anywhere else!Elsa fulfils all my beauty needs! I love this place so much!

Shellac removal and manicure (no color) £38.Rip off for a below average quality. The lady was very sweet and kind but the job was was extremely poor. Cuticles not cut properly, nail files uneven, gel from previous shellac not properly removed, had to ask myself to please try to remove quality not worthy the price, £38

I went for a haircut recently and came out very upset. I showed a picture numerous times of a cut I wanted that was to the collar bone (it was very basic). I had a bad feeling leading up to the cut and so I made sure to show the image polity again. I mistook her disinterest for confidence and unfortunately she proceeded to cut my hair to my chin (a good 4 inches shorter than requested) which has resulted in an unflattering bowl haircut look that I am trying to cover until it grows out in 3 months.The stylist could see I was visibly upset however ignored me due to knowing exactly what she had done. Proceeding to ask if I was happy with the cut when it had already been cut.For reference, even with wet hair the cut was shorter than my reference picture and where I pointed to.I am unsure of the name of the stylist, this poor service may be an anomaly however this experience was horrid.I saw a number of good reviews here with people having colouring services that seem far more complex than a cut and so I felt confident a basic cut would be ok, despite me not having been before.Since leaving this review I have been contacted by management and received a full refund.

Perfect lil retreat where you are made to feel relaxed and at home as soon as you walk in. Lovely selection of treatments, everything you need for an idealistic pampering day. From hair, to nails, to massages and waxing. Beauticians extremely attentive and warm and treatments are high quality and extremely relaxing. So lucky to have them just down my road:) thank you!

Had an amazing experience at Elsa & Beauty ! I got my hair done by Elona who was very kind and sweet. Staff there were very kind and polite. Absolutely love my hair!!! Thank you for the lovely and smooth experience. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend my friends and family!!!

First time getting my nails done in many years! I was very fidgety which was met with patience and no fluster, the nail tech just simply redid them! I got to choose out of 3 colours and then had a gorgeous manicure completed! Highly reccomend
