I was passing by and hadn't been in before, so I thought I'd step in for a pint.It was early afternoon, and I was the first customer, although others soon followed.I ordered a pint of stout, which the barmaid pulled into a good old-fashioned Dimple Pot.The music playing was a mix of 70s & 80s , some good indie tracks - I enjoyed it and my pint went down well too.I will definitely visit again.

If you're into real ale you'll struggle to find more selection. They change their brands regularly so its a good place to go to consume a good variety. However if one of your party isn't into proper beer the selection of other alcoholic beverages is limited. It closes at 2100hrs and is only open I think from Thursday but check.
