Having just experienced the worst customer service, I thought I would check this company's reviews online. My findings; I completely agree with Kathryn's review below; very hostile, argumentative and totally lacking in professionalism or customer care. We purchased a quad-bike and returned it to them with a problem that had developed shortly after buying it. The manner in which we were spoken to by Nikki Gunner - who wears the title of ' Head of Customer Prevention' - was appalling. Her telephone manner is deplorable - unless you enjoy putting razor blades in your ear. They are not deserving of your business and I strongly advise you buy elsewhere.

Customer service atrocious and I have a case to this further if needs be,It’s basically a barn with inexperienced staff who need a lesson in customer services, even if you can find the place as the address is incorrect once you get there you won’t find reception.A frosty introduction and jumping on me for driving to the back yard after another person had told me to go there didn’t help after a long trip.The yard is grotty and a mess if you’re expecting a professional experience this isn’t for you.I pointed out the issues and straight off the bat the lady told me there would be a charge if nothing was found to be wrong under warranty, thinking that it a bit odd but I wasn’t worried as a 2 month old 250 mile quad shouldn’t be leaking oil.I was wrong, the mechanic said the “oil” was water and I’d driven through a puddle, and I’d have to pay.Now I’m pretty sure water doesn’t feel or smell like diff oil. But questioning myself I drove the 3hr round trip again to collect plus fuel, and within 10min of riding the oil was back.Emailed straight away and had the owner Graham accuse me of threatening staff and basically he turned this to deflect the incompetence of his company, I can see where his staff get there customer service ability from if the owner is that rude and aggressive.You’ll see a reply no doubt from a disgruntled owner who’ll be shifting the blame from their poor customer service and their poor lack of mechanical skills.Not even a sorry or a refund for their incompetence.
