Lee recently came and serviced our boiler and gas fire.From booking the appointment vet the phone to completing the services, Lee and Haydn were polite and efficient. Lee was extremely friendly, and we’ll definitely be calling them again next year.

Our existing boiler was an 18 year old Worcester Bosch Combi boiler. We decided that now was the time to replace it with a new, efficient condensing combi boiler, and hopefully mitigate somewhat against rising gas prices.The Worcester web site lists approved local installers, one of which is Northumbria Gas.Lee responded quickly, gave a very competitive quote and more importantly, left us feeling confident that his company was a professional organisation with customer satisfaction at the forefront, prepared to go the extra mile when required.The installation took two days. First, Jack power-flushed the system, a long process that took most of the day. Jack is hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly - a pleasure to have in the house.Next day, Lee and Jack arrived early to fit the new boiler and a new run of bigger bore gas pipe that was required. The new pipework is a work of art. They even tidied up the existing pipes which were in a bit of a mess. They make a great team and you can trust them to do a professional installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. We look forward to seeing them again next year to carry out the boiler service.

We have used Northumbria Gas for a number of years now, they installed our boiler and then a few years later our Gas Stove and Fire Place, we have continued to use them for all of our annual servcies. Lee and all the lads that he has had working for him have been very friendly and respectful whilst in our home. The work that they have done has been of an excellant quality and they have always gone out of their way to sort our problems out, even on a freezing Sunday morning Lee was responsive on the telephone and was able to give me a solution and get our heating working again. You may need to wait a cope of weeks for a scheduled service but I think it is well worth the wait. I have also used them in my rental property and my mother's home.
