Had my watch battery replaced at another jewellers and the back had come loose and was unable to fix it myself, walked in and they were both immediately welcoming and helpful! Fixed it in no time! Will definitely be retuning!

I had been looking for a watch for my daughters 18th birthday & could not find the exact one she wanted anywhere!!! I had been to London & had 3 jeweller’s also looking for me but still couldn’t get it. I went into wickford goldmine on the Tuesday & by Wednesday they had found one, travelled all the way to London to collect it for me & made sure I had it in person for the Thursday morning( my daughters 18th). Best customer service I’ve ever received. Would recommend this shop to everyone, lovely, helpful people. Made my daughter very happy !!

Walked in here to have my watch looked at. Was so impressed by the service I received that I walked out with a lovely new (used) Swiss watch. This place is small but mighty!

Pleasure to deal with, honest throughout with great communication. Watch arrived in beautiful condition, and exactly when they said. Will definitely deal with again
