The people went to Pet at Home and they people went look round Tey cat or dog food. They have rabbits fish. They children like see rabbits. Children's families are quiet, like buying Christmas presents or birthdays . They people awaly go in the Pet Home buy cat , dog, rabbits, birds and fish

There’s been some major stock issues across multiple stores, but the staff were really helpful on the phone to explain this and so I visited the store on their advice of what was available. And when I was in store, I was approached if I needed any further help, and even though I didn’t, the member of staff still provided me with some recommendation on a product I was looking at. I actually ultimately purchased it! Great customer service all round, considering my disappointment at the lack of stock.

Hasnt been bad on my 2 visits. Limited fish supply but they always have the plants in stock. The 2 young female staff are very pleasant, overall pretty good.

Had a really good experience here today. Shop assistant Nicki was able to advise me and set up the VIP app for me, which gave me a 10% discount. Excellent customer service.

Worst service and attitude. They do the bare minimum I would recommend going anywhere else. After paying £80 for a consultation and being in the room with the vet no longer than 5 minutes the vet could not communicate and was agitated every time I asked a question he wanted me gone and would not give me or my car the time of day. Disgusting staff and service

Went in on Saturday to price up getting a couple of rats. Well came away with 2 and was very happy with the service we were provided by Saphie. She was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. We came away with everything needed and 2 lovely additions to our home. Not only that but we had a follow up call from her to make sure everything was going well. Cannot fault the service we received.

Was met with a really lovely staff member who said her name was Luca in conversation. Very helpful and lovely just a shame her team let her down. the store manager seemed to be dishing out orders but not doing anything himself. Seemed very poor lazy management. Avoid

My two kittens, Lilley and Tulue, have been spayed recently. I was so surprised to see the wound so small and neat, and they were so lively so quickly. The vets were amazing. Thank you.

Probably the place to go for small animal requirements like food, play bits. Some medications and things like bedding/carriers.Maybe this branch could do with a freshen up but seems well stocked with the few visible staff cheery and helpful also has a separatey run vets at back - free limited time parking available within the retail park .
