Unfortunately I found this company very unreliable. Competitive prices but I have had to find a different company due to missed appointments, poor communication and not all windows being cleaned.

Excellent professional service. So friendly and polite. I get a text the day before to let me know they'll be coming which is really helpful as I have a dog. Excellent value for money, the best rate I've received from any of my previous window cleaners. Would highly recommend.

Initially I asked for a fascia and soffit clean but when told the excellent price of the window clean I opted for that aswell. From start to finish pure water windows have been outstanding. Communication was by email (by my choice) and responses were made within a timely manner giving all information needed. From the cleaning point, it was carried out when stated and to an excellent standard. I definitely noticed the difference. Thank you to all involved and will definitely use in the future.

Needed a one off clean ready for the new owners of our house. Was able to secure a last minute clean. Fair pricing, reliable and professional!. Even had a courtesy call after to check I was happy with the clean. Will be using as a regular service in our new house. Thank you once again.
