Elim Conference Centre

I’ve been to a retreat here for the past few years, and everything has always been wonderful. I remember the year when there were strict covid restrictions and they did everything they could to make us still feel welcomed and connected. The staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms are simple but comfortable with everything you need and it’s right at the bottom of an entrance to the hills themselves. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a weekend.

The conference centre is in a beautiful setting but is unfortunately let down by the staff. Be very careful coming in and out of the visitor car park at night as there is an obscured low wall that myself and three others that I know of have hit causing damage to our cars. On trying to report this to the receptionist there was no procedure for recording this event and staff have done everything to avoid responsibility and to prevent it happening to someone else.

Having stayed at Elim Conference Centre for 5 days, I have been so impressed by the total quality & cleanliness of this centre. The conference rooms are well equipped and have very comfortable seating. The rooms are beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Food is on a cafeteria basis and has been brilliant in quality & choice. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The centre is in a beautiful stately home with very extensive grounds, swimming pool, and is surrounded by the most incredible countryside. I noticed they also do B&B so I look forward to returning for a short break.

Stayed here for my brothers wedding overall stay was OK but... found the en suite pods too small the toilet didn’t have enough room to sit on. My mum had over £100 in cash in her purse, the night before we asked for more sugar and more milk instead we came back to the room after the wedding nothing had been replaced so instead we had to go to a local shop and buy our own. Travelling back home my mother said she had lost £40 in cash two twenties and that the only time she had left her bag in the room was when we were at the wedding when the maid was meant to be sorting out what we had asked instead we get money stolen. No milk no sugar. Double bed was a joke it was two single beds pushed together. breakfast was nice but would not recommend if you have money or valuables that you don’t want stolen we believe it’s a cleaner or a maid who used a key to gain access to the room.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, lovely heated pool (which we used over our weekend) and a great breakfast. All staff we met were very helpful and friendly. A great alternative to a B&B or hotel. Will be back.

Staff were lovely, particularly the guys who looked after the conference rooms. Conference facilities excellent. Great coffee machine and constant supply of biscuits and small pastries in the day.Beautiful grounds and views. The bedroom was clean and bed comfortable with very clean sheets, excellent blackout curtains. The bathroom pod is my room felt very unsafe but aside from that a really fab stay, thank you Elim staff and centre.

I booked the conference centre in February for my wedding which was held last Saturday the 24th of June and it was amazing!!! The grounds were stunning thus our photos look beautiful and the food was top notch. There were different dining options depending on budget and personal taste. My wife and I chose the fine dining option with table service and the staff were superb, extremely polite, well mannered and attentive; topping up our guests drinks and even offering second helpings on food. Needless to say our guests were well fed and extremely happy!The conference centre manager David and catering manager Lee were not only supremely professional but easy to communicate with, regularly checking in with us in the weeks leading up to wedding to make sure everything was to our requirements. Any last minute changes my wife and I added they dealt with swiftly and without fuss.I cannot recommend this venue highly enough, thank you for making our day so special!Charles and Theresa x

We spent a couple of hours at the lovely outdoor pool. The staff we booked with over the phone and met on reception were really helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with. The pool is beautiful and very clean.

A great beautiful site with wonderful grounds. 10 - 20 mins short walk from the top of the Malvern hills. nice cafe on site too. good cafeteria. and pleasant local towns of Malvern, Hereford, Worcester Ledbury and Ludlow.Great for walkers and historic enthusiasts. and those just wanting a nice weekend away.

Great place for day conference or overnight. Good food and service.
