When walking in, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Josef Brooks.At first glance, the store looks big and it does seem intimidating on finding a place to start, however with Joe by my side, we did not waste any time and got down to the nitty gritty and started solving the problem I came for, a new carpet in my mothers living room.A great balance between banter and professionalism, Joe was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work, enthusiastic but not too salesmen like trying to get me to buy everything under the sun. He just seemed like someone happy to be there and to help.I could tell that he was experienced, and offered genuine advice tailored to my needs, which he understood and then delivered.A great representation of customer service from the bloke, and a credit to Carpetright for having a keen eye for talent, as that is what he has.By the way, the aftercare was good as well, and my mother loves her new carpet.

Thanks to Salim for his patience when we came in earlier to choose a carpet. He was really helpful but also gave us space to browse and think. We also reminisced with Darryl who gave our now 6’ tall son a Silentnight hippo many years ago! Plenty of choice of carpets and friendly staff.

Called in the Bolton store and was looked after by Karen and Daryl who were brilliant. We've got a tricky staircase to carpet but their knowledge and advice was fantastic. Andy has been to measure up and again he was brilliant. I can't wait to see it finished!!! Thank you

Karen was super friendly and helpful, greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and showed us some options, walked away with carpet same day.

Bilal was very helpful but not pushy. Efficient and explained everything very well. Pleased to see that the glass screen had been kept at the help desks. I am clinically vulnerable and felt very safe in the store. A very pleasant experience.

Perfect service & very professional by both sales people Salam & Daryl . We have bought both beds from this store & are highly satisfied, therefore I would recommend anyone to come here to the Bolton branch as you won't be disappointed.

As it's on a shopping park there is plenty of free parking, with disabled spaces. Shop was clean and tidy. Went in for vinyl flooring. The young lady who dealt with us didn't seem to know what she was doing, had to go ask another member of staff a couple of times. Didn't end up buying from here as they had no openings for measuring up for almost 2 weeks and she said the flooring can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Just been and purchased 2 mattresses and was served by the lovely Karen who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the stores products. Would we purchase from here again? Yes
