Stands somewhere between a trade centre and your usual high street supplier.Always helpful staff,and will cut up to suit rather than having to buy a whole 8 x 4 sheet of what you require.Staff offer advice, and walk you through the shop.

Please change your wood yard opening times on the site, just been in as a customer for 16 years to buy 3 pieces of wood and was told closing at 12 pm site states 1pm sat. I arrived at (11.50am) staff were rude and dismissive I was always happy to shop there and have had good service in the past very sad to say will think twice now. This also happened on wednesday afternoon as well.

The most useless timber supplier. All the pine is always warped. Ordered some mdf boards told would be ready next day. 4 days later not in stock. Obviously don't need the custom! Bloke behind the computer needs some customer service training

Ordered wood to be cut to size, asked them to cut in half if sizes too big. Got lots of small sizes as they did not cut to size and when joined together they are between 3 to 8 mm too big. Gone down hill lately.

Always have timber you want. No need to use big outlets and purchase more than you need. An offcut may do and will be cheaper. Knowledgeable and workman friendly staff.

Timber shop.So upset and disappointed. Very unhelpful staff member who said cutting machine is off and come back Monday. I had gone in really hoping for some help to rectify someone's poor carpentry skills on a cupboard that I had built. He said if I gave him the measurements they would cut it but could only cut square and not exactly!! They really weren't interested in helping!!
