My daughter has really enjoyed these kickboxing session. She comes out buzzing with enthusiasm and loves every minute. The session is professionally run and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Trained with Nick for a few years now and a great instructor who has not only helped me develop myself but he's always developing his own skills further to pass on and stay current with techniques.Highly recommended for both adult and children's classes for those wanting to gain self confidence, learn some realistic self defense and have fun at the same time
