The Glass Guru Window And External Cleaning

Glass Guru was recommended to me after struggling to find a reliable window cleaner . From first point of contact I have found them excellent in communication , reliability , value for money and my windows are are always cleaned to a high standard .I would highly recommend the Glass Guru .

I cannot say enough about Viz. He went the extra mile with our windows during the first clean. The windows and frames were in a bad state. Viz took his time scrubbing and finally cleaning them to a fantastic standard. on top of this, Viz is professional, smart and courteous. I have set up a monthly clean now as I have been impressed. I found Viz after asking for recommendations on a local Facebook page. My last window cleaner had become unreliable and as a result my windows hadn't been cleaned for a while. Viz's initial contact was friendly and professional. On the first clean he spent extra time on the sills and frames as well as the glass. It was a huge improvement. He now cleans them every 4 weeks. I get a text the day before so I know when to expect him and allow him access to the back garden if I am out. Payment is by bank transfer making it very simple. I have been so pleased that I feel able to recommend Viz to others.

After using various window cleaners and constantly being let down, having to chase them and never turning up when they say they will it was beyond refreshing to find viz. He never lets us down, turns up when he says he will and is super flexiable. The windows always looks super clean and cannot fault his services. He has his own equipment and leaves the places tidy rtc when he leaves. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Great communication and service.
