Dr Coull is by far the best doctor in Dundee, she always takes time to listen to her patients - 5 stars for Dr Coull. In fact most of the female Dr's at this practice are good, but Dr Coull is top class.Jackie in reception gets 5 stars, friendly & professional.The practice nurses are excellent too so 5 stars for them.Been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years.

In 2021 I had an immediate need of medical help. Called the practice to get an appointment just to be told I am no longer a patient as they tried contacting me via post and I did not answer. LIES!!! Asked if they would take me back on as a patient and they answered they don’t take any new patients. So there was me during Lockdown in need of help calling every GP practice in Dundee to try and get help as my practice(as I was thinking) is totally irresponsible for their patients and their wellbeing.Here I am today again with my partner who’s called twice since that happened to me to confirm he is still their patient and then last year to change his address and confirm again and all was good then, only to get told HE IS NOT PATIENT SINCE 2021!!!AND THEY DONT TAKE ANY NEW PATIENTS!!! ARE YOU FOR REAL?!?! How did you change his address in July 2022 then?!?!?!Disappointing is an understatement!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Avoid. Went multiple times and left with no resolution. Impossible to get an appointment, getting an appointment all depends on what receptionist you get on the day and what mood they are in apparently. Been very ill for months, went in and was seen by a male doctor, was in and out of his office in 5 minutes. Nothing highlighted, looked at, or even acknowledged. Been told to come back if illness persists another 4 weeks. GPs do not care about their patients in this practice, avoid this place! Switching my GP immediately.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a GP practice.Insanely hard to get through to. I've just called 4 times and keep getting cut off. One of the receptionists is incredibly rude, 100% of the time. Shows no empathy or compassion.The first time I registered here and wanted to make an appointment I had a severe UTI to the point I was in so much pain I couldn't move without crying and I was passing blood. I was advised If it really is an emergency you can go to the hospital or call the emergency afterhours service. Otherwise you can call tomorrow at 8am to make an appointment". I had arrived at about 10am in the morning. As this type of infection is a regular occurrence for me (I've been hospitalised twice in the past) I knew exactly the antibiotics required so waited till the following morning so i could make the appointment. I got another (Much friendlier and helpful) receptionist who then advised

Been with this practise for 30 years. Have always been treated with kindness and respect. No problems with repeat prescriptions , simple online form to fill out. The receptionists are caring too.

absolutely awful. i handed in a letter nearly a month ago which my GP has to sign in order for me to progress with my army application. after weeks of phoning and being told we will send it out at the end of the week" i have now been told i need to pay £25 for it to be sent?? it was not explained to me why they will charge this after i had asked. have heard another applicant being charged £40 so i guess i got off lucky. absolutely awful

Don't register here if you have a repeat prescription. Every time I've needed to pick it up I've been given a horrific runaround for something that should have taken 10 minutes.

Though I haven't visited the centre for treatment purposes yet, but my experience during the time I got registered was really good. The officer at the front desk was really helpful and friendly and helped me to get registered. She also provided me with the necessary information regarding taking appointments as well.

Been registered here for most of my adult as were my parents and other family members. See different doctors through the years and have had nothing but excellent care and attention. Very caring practice.

I've been going to Nethergate medical centre since I moved to Dundee 4yrs ago. I would (and have) recommend here because they've treated me so brilliantly. Especially when I got COVID in the first lockdown and was on my own, they were so supportive. The receptionists are lovely too, especially Jackie. Best surgery.
