Food was ok however took far too long to come in a relatively quiet time. Overheard manager and staff arguing after I went to check on the status of the order following a 25 mins wait. Was offered free refreshments for the family as an apology. Eventually took 40 mins for food to arrive by which time kids were bored unhappy and bloody grumpy!!

Nipped in for a quick sausage barm before shopping and once recieving them they were stone cold and when complaining a member of staff come over and man handled our food and then took them back to the kitchen to place them back on the grill once she had touched them. Disgusting! Poor hygiene and would advise people to stay away!

Sorry to see them locked down once again. The cafe sell good food and good lattes. The hygiene is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot wait until they open again in December.

Very well spaced out and well-lighted. I had a good brunch here with the tomato and pesto focaccia, a small hot chocolate(which was quite sizeable really) and a slice of the passion fruit and lime cake. The foccacia was different but nice. The hot chocolate was awesome and the cake slice, although not soft, was quite tasty. I also had some chunky chips which were freshly fried and i enjoyed them. Not a bad option after a spot of shopping l.

Waited 25 mins for a breakfast wrap with no sauce at all on it ... when it arrived I took it to my friend and it had sauce despite my request for none ! ... absolute waste of time and money had to bin the meal

I called in here while my daughter at hospital. I had a great breakfast and latte and all for under £7!! The cafe is lovely. Tables spaced out and clean but best of all the staff are really really nice. What a lovely ambiance the place has. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to all the staff.

Ordered food. Waited around 20 minutes, with toddler son, who was getting distracted. Went to the till to see what what was going on. Good job I did- the food order hadn't been put through, so they said you'll have to have a refund. Great experience. No voucher by way of apology- nothing for wasting my time. very poor service on all levels- will be passing my experience on to others in the hopes that they avoid too. Just a pity, you can't give 0 stars.

Sunday 25th February. Lunch with my wife. Sorry to see bacon and egg roll no longer on menu. Mentioned to person on till who said still available as so many people had complained. Not much help if I hadn’t asked. Ordered two bacon and egg rolls, a tea and a latte. Person on till not listening and missed off the latte so I had to go back. 20 minute wait for food by which time our drinks were cold so I went back for more. In the meantime the food arrived. My wife’s bacon was overdone. After nearly 10 minutes in the drinks queue my wife took over as my food was going cold. I then discovered I had sausage and egg, not the bacon and egg I had ordered. We will not be coming again.

Visited on a Friday at 2pm there were limited cakes available, service was slow and the lattes were even slower. I understand bean to cup coffee can take a while but this was SLOW, the server was somewhat sloppy too. I kinda like the idea of someone making coffee in front of you as you can see what is going on and what they are doing but the member of staff was a bit slapdash" and was sprinkling cocoa powder everywhere. However
