Great service. Dropped vacuum off and within two hours it was repaired and serviced. It's now working just as well as the day we bought it.

Repaired my floor cleaner. Went to use it and part was missing. Contacted the shop not interested. Said I would have to buy a new part and they had not lost it. Yet for them to try it out they would have to remove and refit the part. After using it without the part it still does not perform as it should. Thank you.

Amazing service. Our Shark vacuum had lost suction after a couple of years of use. Took in to Vacuum Store and they completely transformed it - like brand new again! Don't throw your hoover away - bring it here for a fraction of the cost!

We took our Dyson in for a service. They were very honest and didn't try to sell us new parts when the weren't necessary, just offered to chemically deep clean the filters and the cleaner. A day or two later we picked it up like it was brand new! Exceptionally efficient and friendly service, and the dog is superstar.

Aboslute gem of a find. A real gentleman who cares to actually read and understand your emails.We drove 20 miles with our Bissell carpet cleaner to allow him to investigate detergent not flowing. He found the fault repaired it then serviced it. Result was an 8 year old cleaner ran like it was brand new.He charged a very reasonable £90 all in!This Vacuum Store is worth your time and money, also remember it's good for ecology to keep a perfectly good machine going instead of throwing it away and buying new!!Many thanks for the professional customer service you gave us.

It's very rare for me to post a public comment. This store is wonderful, and the staff so friendly: took a Sebo x4 to be serviced and spruced up and it's as good as new - thank you. If you're looking to buy a good vacuum, or service an old one, please check these chaps out.

Fantastic service. Fast, such a good fix & clean. Like so many people, I feel like I've got a brand new machine. My carpets haven't been as dog hair free for a long time. Great value & the dog's lovely too. Totally recommended.

Took my Dyson in for a repair. I've had it 5 years & never had it serviced. So I had it repaired k serviced at the same time. Brilliant customer service & fab price. Not pushy with sales & gave good advice. Really happy. 100% recommend.
