Great bike, appalling service and after sales service. Do not return calls, warranty work takes a back seat, weeks without my bike. Mechanics who test ride your bike at 127 MPH- I kid you not !! Demo bikes given out with service light on and chain slacker than a Motocross bikes. When my bike was returned with a new chain and sprocket - the chain was loose!Panels and seats taken off bike looking to finally fix a small oil issue and left outside in the rain for days with all electrics exposed. Chris Eady is a DIAMOND- and can’t do enough to help it’s just a shame he is let down by the service department and mechanics- who are overstretched and some seem to forget that they are working and test riding customers prides and joy. Buy a bike there again- NO. MOT or Service - go to a an independent which will actually do the work.

Turned up to Buy a Genuine set of Brake pads for a Honda pcx 2021. Ended up buying cheaper £11.64 brake pads due to them not having genuine in stock. For a main dealer I would expect better. Will no be returning.
