Friendly staff! Looks great after the refurbishment, too. Good facilities for families.

I have only been once and think I caught them on a bad day so I'm not going to give lower than 3 stars. But I checked the time table online before visiting the pool with my daughter (2) when I arrived I was told we could not enter the pool for another hour as they had people doing lanes- fair enough. We went for breakfast and came back. (I didn't want to drive all the way home again as it is a 20min+ drive) when we came back we were then informed that unfortunately we wouldn't be able to swim because they had a school booked in the pool starting at the time we were told to come back for. The person who told me to come back apologised for his mistake but unfortunately my daughter was so upset. I did take her somewhere else to swim but by that time we only had 30mins there before I had to pick my son up at nursery. I just wish we had been informed of the correct time we were allowed to swim both online and in person when I arrived the first time.

I'm very funny when it comes to cleanliness at a swimming baths, and this didn't dissapoint.Clean changing rooms, clean pool.

Another great Hambleton District Council Leisure facility. Staff are very friendly. Sessions for classes, gym and pool are at good times. You do currently have to book to attend due to restrictions

Been visiting every week for kids swimming lessons. Really great pool, great swim teachers. Gets a bit jammed at lesson change over time, but only for a few minutes.

We had a great time at the pool party, lovely family experience. Plenty of splashing but respectful of all age ranges. Great fun!

Management decided to hold a training day (so pool was closed) when Northallerton Pool was closed for boiler overhaul. We are advised to refer to this leisure centres website to perform most functions, bookings, cancellations, time table information etc, but on several occasions for me now at least, pool closure or time table alterations fail to be entered onto the website. Poorly managed pool - not worth the fees they charge.

Great classes great instructors.would be nice if rules were changed to let you stay for another class at last minute like today when only two people were booked on and this seems to be happening a lot .so would of been 5 stars

Love the Gym...so used to sanitising the equipment.....I did my own before and after use on each piece of equipmentI really hope others will continue the habit we all got into

Nice enough, ready to park and find. Courts could of been cleaner.
