Jump Heaven LTD

Grandkids absolutely loved it. So much so we took them back again. Safety is an absolute priority which was very reassuring when the six year old twisted her ankle. The staff quickly assessed her injury which thankfully was very minor. We will certainly take them back again. Highly recommended.

Everything is fine, my child is delighted! But I suggest you use a cleaning agent on the tables, they are very sticky, it’s not pleasant, Sorry about earlier, this is just my opinion

Living on the other side of Manchester I hadn't visited Jump Heaven before but we were invited to a party last weekend.I didn't realise how big the play area was. My 9 year old had a fantastic time using all areas she could do. The party coordinator was very good liaising with the parents and keeping all the children informed of where they should be.A seating area was reserved for this party upstairs in addition to one of the party rooms.The onsite cafe serves an assortment of food and drinks. I can only comment on the drinks as that was what I bought, but they were tasty and very reasonably priced. The serving staff were friendly and helpful.The children enjoyed the party food of pizza, nuggets and chips.We will definitely travel back over again to visit.

Just had our daughters 7th birthday party here today and our party host was great infact all the staff were , the kids had a great time and we can't wait to come back :) X

Fantastic entertainment for kids & adults! I took my daughter & her friend both 7 years old & they loved it.Slightly more pricey then a few other trampoline/play centres but well worth it. (£10 for an hour) (£2 for socks). The hour went too fast with the amount of different things to do. Good selection of food/snacks & drinks. Ample seating area for those who would rather watch. Very Clean throughout, nice, friendly staff. Highly recommend & will be returning soon!!

Plenty to do for the kids. Unfortunately let down by inadequate ventilation/ air conditioning as it was unbearable the heat and I wasn't even on the trampolines. I'm surprised no one has collapsed with heat exhaustion on hot days.

Our 1st time here with my foster son and his friends and they had the best time, it’s like Aladdin’s cave with floors of fun you can’t see.The food was better than most for a play centre and the staff go out of their way to make your experience here great. Will definitely come again.

We went for the toddler time 1000-1200 weekdays outside of term time. My son had a great time jumping on the trampolines, with no bigger kids to get in the way of the fun. Pay for the child and a non jumping adult gets in free. Need to wear grip socks these can be bought for £2 or if you have any slipper socks with grip these work too.Only suggestion would be to have a bouncy castle / inflatable up too (these are down during toddler time)

It is a shame that such a fantastic place with fun equipment was run by a bunch of rude, inefficient, non child friendly adults. While i appreciate it is a business but it's a playground for kids after all and the staff could be less militant in their attitude towards the children and adults. Overall very disappointed, the worst soft play we have been in Manchester by far as it felt like a military camp! Will not be recommedning it to anyone.

We booked Jump Heaven as in comparison to other party options, it seemed the easiest and least stressful for us. We just wanted to turn up and bring a cake and party bags. It couldn’t have been any easier. Our party host Hannah was so attentive - nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and kept me informed as to what was happening at which point. Couldn’t have wished for anyone better to help us - all my family commented on how brilliant she was. Thank you so much!
