Very good experience and they offer good advice.As always, they were very caring with my cat during her medication review and kept me informed when her new medication was ready to collect.We've been going here for a few year now, and consistently get great service, whoever we see.

I’ve only been here twice, once for my wee puppy’s second vaccine/nail clipping and the second time because the wee munchkin ate some onion! Each time the staff have showed so much care to my Reggie and have explained everything so well, along with prices etc before treatments so there were no surprises. I’m especially thankful for the care they gave Reggie after the panic of him eating some onion. He’s my wee best pal and I was very worried but the vet put mine and my partner at ease and it’s very obvious how much the staff love animals and their jobs. Thank you so so much.

I called for an appointment in the morning and my cat was seen that afternoon. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. Luckily it was nothing serious but I was very happy with the service and the cost.

After many years we have finally move away. The vet care has usually been ok but the administration is awful and staff very unhelpful. You need to go to Dunfermline’ is not what you want to hear when you have a sick animal and they have messed up the appointment. Looking forward to WestEdinburgh Vets - already the experience is excellent

Reception, Vets and Nurses are so helpful. They always make themselves available to answer any questions in your appointment or if you call with a query. Excellent vet and my dog enjoys going, they make such a fuss of them x
