Flair Door Centre

Sorry to say I would not recommend this company, came home from work pulled on the handle from inside without turning handle down door opened hinges on max adjustment only catching the keeper plate by 1mm. Frame or door measurements were out by a long way.we had to sell the door ourselves and shell out another £300 to replace door and frame, just noticed this week bottom of door has a split in it so very disappointing.

Rip to a good man and reliable business man/ owner.Just a shame that it’s now in the hands of son Daniel a complete waste of time and a disaster for future clients .Only way to describe is greed and not one bit of respect and trust.Would recommend going to another company that understands your needs

My husband and I have just had 8 doors replaced in our house, Sam who hung them was very professional and clean and a tidy job done. Our doors look amazing, great quality. Thank you Sam.

Seemed a good price for a back door so booked in for them to come out and measure up. They never bothered to show up after myself and my husband had the day off. By the time I had given up on them coming, tried to call the shop but they were closed. Rang them the next day and they said that the had definitely been out, but maybe he went to the wrong house?! (lies - we were home all day and we live round the corner from them, so it's not difficult!) They said they would get the person who was supposed to have come out to ring us back. We never got a phone call back (surprise, surprise). They can obviously afford to throw business away! Shocking attitude and customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Gladly took my business elsewhere. Suggest you do the same and avoid these clowns at all costs. There is plenty of competition.

Must say I've been impressed by Flair Doors from the first time I walked into the showroom to the final fitting of a front door and all internal doors in my house. The range of products was extensive and nothing seemed to be too much bother in order to give me what I was looking for. Whether face-to-face or over the phone they have been totally professional, knowledgeable, patient and willing to give me excellent advice and any help I needed. The doors were hung with minimum disruption and mess in spite of the fact that each door frame was a different size. More to the point they fitted perfectly having even gaps and no rattles - very different to the eighty year old doors they replaced!

Quality customer service. Really nice people. Recommend which door would suit my house,They arrived the next day I purchased my door and fitted it the next day. 100% recommend lovely people. Must visit.

Used flair on previous occasions. Fitter done excellent job, however management need toLearn how to prioritise customer orders. Waited 6 months for door to arrive and be fitted only to find by chance that the same door order almost 3 months later was to be fitted first. Hence won’t be using flair again. EM
