Wonderful experience from start to finish. Not only Tom, at reception, is truly lovely and welcoming, but the whole place is so charming with funky industrial decor and a very relaxing vibe. Spotless, with all the amenities you need. And the floatation experience itself..... Addictive. I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable. My skin was smooth, my mind was blank.... Loved it. I feel the benefits from floating immediately. Highly recommended for aches and pains caused from sitting for long periods and also lifting heavy weights. Floating offers a very calming treatment after busy times and leaves me feeling refreshed and balanced after each visit.

The customer service was excellent and the venue was very nice. In particular, it was very clean! The experience itself was unusual, but once I relaxed into it, I found it really calming and restorative. My advice is don't worry about what you are going to listen to, just use the ear plugs, put your head back and enjoy the tranquillity.

Went here for the first time yesterday, I have to say I am impressed! The lady who was looking after me was lovely, the place was incredibly clean. I had everything I could need and the whole experience was fantastic, an amazing way to wind down and refocus. I will definitely be back again!

My first floatation experience was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. It was truly relaxing, and I fell asleep floating on the salted water. The water fully supported my body, and I highly recommend the experience.

Good for relaxation and forgetting the stress for an hour. Lovely clean and welcoming setting. You won't be disappointed. Once you float you keep going back.

So beautiful!You wouldn't imagine somewhere so peaceful and relaxing could exist on a high street.Everything was carefully explained, Tom (I think) had a calming presence making the environment feel safe which was very important for myself as I suffer with a few mental health issues.The rooms were clean, decorated thoughtfully and elegantly.The float itself was like being on a cloud, I was happy about being advised with the salt in the eyes and having a spray bottle, as intrusive thoughts got the better of me and I thought I could handle it, I could not.Choice of music was lovely, would be nice to possibly see these written on a menu maybe or a tiny sample of it prior? This may be an option, we was on the late side.But everything was incredible.Polite, clean, elegant, peaceful, safe, kind, friendly.

A totally amazing experience. A whole hour of relaxation. A warm welcome at the start with clear instructions about how to use the facilities. Clean and inviting. Exceptional value for money - have booked again.

Absolutely amazing experience, recommend to anyone! I had never done a floatation before so was quite apprehensive about it but the minute you walk in you feel totally relaxed. The pod itself is very big and plenty of room to move around. Love there's a shower inside the room so you can get ready after your float! Highly recommend to anyone that is really stressed and just needs to relax!!!
