The new permanent opening hours are awkward for me 8-00am till 10-00am then closed during the middle of the day reopening at 4-00pm to 6-00pm weekdays the busiest time on the roads. At least Saturday morning is open still. I predict this way of doing things may not work well for the general public. The staff there are great, always have been.

Lovely cheerful professional staff.The Office is about 5 mins walk to Ashley street.It is also a short walk from Morrison's Supermarket.Staff deal with the queue very quickly.Apart from collecting post you can also post all mail and large items at this office

£785 million pound profit last year , but now can't pay staff to run the depot . So if you're going to collect a parcel yourself check they're open as it's rarely open now . Thanks royal mail you greedy sods

Due to their terrible opening times, and inability to open a door to put my package down, I had to go see them on a Monday quite early in the morning as they were only open during my work shifts and school. However their customer service was fast and kind.

Awful, all the delivery for the town's surrounding st Alban's have now been moved here. Everything gets lost, nobody had even heard of the town I was asking after, if your letter ends up here give up - get a new one.
