Beautiful decorations. Very very delicious food. Poor service and impolite staff.I went to the restaurant with my family at 9am, the time that restaurant open. We were the second group the went in. One staff welcome us warmly and say that we can sit at that table. Once we about to walk towards the table, another staff (like a receptionist) get in front of us and say that “are you okay”x 4 times repeatedly with very moody tone and annoying face and said the we must ask her first before seated. We very upset from the first greeting from the restaurant. An after we seated it is take a long time waiting before someone come an take our order. The food was pretty fast but every time we call the waiter we feel like we have been ignored like they see us calling and turn other way. Only person who literally having a nice service mind and friendly to us is Shawnna, she is real nice one.Still the food is very very good especially the egg dishes that cooked perfectly and with the fair price. Many menus for your selection. The coffee is just averages. The place is in the nice location and opening hours is very early.

A genuinely lovely setting. The skylight floods the room with light. Relaxed atmosphere at lunchtime. Stupendous selection of beers and schnapps (if you want to risk it). Friendly, attentive and engaging staff - can’t do enough for you. Cracking food at reasonable prices. Go once for lunch. Go back in the evening for the atmosphere and cabaret.

I visited for a work's Christmas lunch and we had the festive menu. There was lots of choice and we were not disappointed. The turkey roast was gorgeous with lots of trimmings and gravy. My apple strudel with custard at the end was beautiful. We found it best to get our drinks from the bar to save on service charge. Great atmosphere with live music and fab service.

I came for a Christmas lunch with work colleagues and the staff who served us were polite and helpful. The food (hummus and pickle, vegan burger and chips) was nice although the chips were very salty, but the portion sizes were good for the price. The service was a little slow and we were quite unhappy that a £25 optional service charge had been added to the bill but that it was up to us to ask for it to be taken off rather than the other way round.I appreciate it is a large place and requires a lot of staff but some of the younger ladies collecting glasses and plates looked quite unhappy which is not great. I almost wanted to ask one if she was okay as she looked like she was about to cry - maybe a rude customer or a complaint? Perhaps management should keep a closer eye on younger staff and if you are too busy then employ more? Just a suggestion.Probably would not return as it's not really my type of venue but I would recommend it to others.

Super cool German themed restaurant/ bar in the heart of Liverpool. The food is delicious and they have a wide range of beers on draft. It is worth checking out the ladies toilet, one of which has a disco inside the stall.. super cool!!

We had a staff Christmas party at Albert’s Schloss and it was perfect from the start to the finish!! The food was amazing we all had different meals and all of us enjoyed it so much. The portion sizes were incredible. Service and entertainment were immaculate. I highly recommend this place!
