If you are not a trained mountaineer hire a buggy. Great panoramic views. Clubhouse staff really friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your day is enjoyable. Food and service in clubhouse is first class. Thanks to all for making our stay enjoyable.28/05/18.

Love this club (I am a member). Amazing views from almost all the holes. Extremely well kept and in great condition, the green keepers do a fantastic job. Club house is modern and the view from the bar of the first fairway is magnificent. Totally recommend.

I love this golf course but it is very hilly and quirky. Any fitness or mobility issues get a buggy. Some amazing holes but be prepared to be frustrated as there are a lot if blind shots. One of the most beautiful opening holes anywhere Back nine is fairly flat, greens superb even in April. Give it a go! Decent catering and friendly staff

Shirtish course great test, amazing views and friendly staff

Have played the course on a few occasions and the setting is stunning. Was very dissapointed this time with the state of the greens as it really spoiled the game. I have played other course in the area at much cheaper fees and the greens are considerably better. A warning about the greens and a lowering of the fees would probably be appropriate. It does however appear to be the case as with many other businesses in Dunkeld that the prices are going up and the quality is going down.

I was fortunate enough to play Dunkeld & Birnam Golf Club in 2003 with a great Scottish friend of mine, who grew up in this beautiful part of Perthshire. The course was originally a 9 hole layout designed by the legendary Old Tom Morris, and had just been converted to a 18 hole course. It turned out to be a totally great experience, wonderful undulating golf course, with stunning and spectacular views, together with friendly people and staff. Even spotted deer crossing the fairway on a hole!I would certainly recommend visiting and playing Dunkeld to any avid golfer, and enjoying a tasty meal and some good Scottish hospitality after the round!

Great wee course (recommend a buggy) lots of interesting holes,catering and club staff make the visit even better.
