Jet Wheel Tyre

Visited twice due to a puncture and then advised that new tyres required on my other car. These were reserved in advance online and proved to be cheaper than ordering at the branch (very odd..!). That said, the service by the guys at Rayleigh was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't fault the service here. I've been using them for years now and they are always polite and professional. Tyres are reasonably priced and the workshop is clean tidy. Fast, reliable and good price, what more do you need from a tyre service.

Professional! I was impressed how they pay attention to safety. One person torqued the wheel nuts, then a second person checked them.

Have used Jet Wheel Tyres for over around 10 years and service has always been amazing. Friendly and helpful staff whenever I have to visit.Recently booked 4 tyres to be fitted and arrived the next day and installed. Also had to have wheel alignment, which was recommended as there was uneven tyre wear.Prices are competitive and always feel they treat you fairly and get the best price for you, allowing you to make the choice on how much you’d like to spend.Would really recommend to anyone, who like a good quality service.

I came in with a slow puncher, advised 25min wait no problem. 10mins later my car was in.Guy on reception took it off and said it was hardly worth repairing as the tread was so low. new tyre quoted was £98.I asked to repair it anyway as I knew I needed tyres soon and would have a set. I wasn't shown the tyre but I was sure it was legal.Then told he wouldn't repair it. so I asked him to refit as it was. no charge.Next day I decided to remove tyre to investigate myself.The tyre had 3mm of tread all the way across, so it was well within legal requirement of 1.6mm. With zero inperfections.Went over to Rochford tyres who inspected the tyre and repaired it for £25 also confirmed 3mm tread. Then quoted new tyres which were considerably cheaper than Jet.This was a rear tyre, so it's just following me it probably has another couple thousand miles to go.Over the last 25 years Jet tyres have had thousands of pounds from me at all their branches. I largely had excellent service the only part I don't like now is the tracking. it used to be free to check then £30 to adjust. now you pay to check and adjust if your rears are out, then this will be a small fortune for 15mins work! the guy on the tracking must earn £300 per hour!Sadly, I will not be returning. due to this poor service.

Great service yet again. Staff friendly and ordered my tyres which were fitted within a day. replaced two back tyres for me after a puncture. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service popped in on a Saturday midday needed 2 tyres and traking sorted my car out no problem I won't go anywhere else now thanks gents
