Chris did an amazing job with replacing the whole front of house windows. We are really pleased with the end result. Chris is very friendly, reasonable in price, excellent communication throughout (during booking, ordering glass, delivery of glass and fitting glass), and is exceptional at what he does. He’s communication from start to finish has been exceptional he helped me chose the best colour and door that would suit my house and was honest with me with what wouldn’t suit and I’m so glad I listened.I was a nightmare customer from day 1 from getting in contact with Chris until the day of fitting with numerous problems made by myself Chris managed to fix the problems with absolute ease and professionalism. We had two Rock Doors fitted this week. I researched lots of companies and had quotes from a couple and thought I might have settled on a local company to fit them (even though he did make me feel like he was doing me a favour fitting them!!) Then I read previous five star reviews of North West Window Solutions and decided to give them a chance to quote me. I was immediately impressed by Chris's enthusiasm and willingness to come and see us and then even further impressed by his knowledge of the product. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does for a living. The fitting was slightly delayed due to Pandemic related production problems but Chris kept us posted regularly with updates and we were always assured. Rock Doors ARE expensive and a big investment in your property but Chris guided us through the right choice and fitting options for us and he and Lewis fitted the doors professionally this week. They are cheerful, tidy workers with absolute attention to detail. They were a pleasure to have around for the day!!! Oh - and I forgot to add that the quote I had from North west Window solutions knocked the socks off the other quotes I received from long established double glazing firms. Great value and great workmanship. You cant ask for much more!!

Came and replaced a back patio door and an upstairs window. Was on time and the work looks ace, sorted it pretty quickly and definitely done a proper job. Cleaned up any mess that was caused and even arranged to have the old door taken away. He's a super nice guy and if you're lucky you'll get to meet one of the dogs too!

Replacement Roof on our Conservatory. Work completed to high standard, went very smoothly, from start to finish. The results are transformative and we are delighted with the results.
