Family matters Doncaster, Two words “SHOCKING” & “BIASED”Awful would not recommend to anyone!!!Absolutely not professional in any way shape or form, if you attend your appointment your automatically entitled to a C100 form from them, giving the other parent not even a chance for mediation discussion when attending there first appointment!!!!Constantly chasing telephone calls and emails, for an update!!!!DISGRACEFUL SERVICE & CENTRE!!!

Friendly, caring and honest, clean offices, suitable for disabled persons, did explain everything in a very professional way, any questions were answered, future appointments where adapted to fit around working people.Yes would recommend, I felt very comfortable.

I was dreading the first meeting, worried what the outcome would be, however Juliette was really diplomatic and supportive where needed. Everything was clear and once you get your head around the process it makes much more sense to use this than the courts. It made a bitter and emotional process much easier and diplomatic.

My experience of mediation to start with was a bit doubtful, however I found the mediator Lesley Dudleston very friendly and made me at ease . They were very professional and impartial and tried to help in every way for us to come to a agreement. Thankyou

I found the mediation sessions really helpful and we managed to get to an agreement that suited us both.The online session was fine as well to get to that final agreement.Overall I was really happy with the whole process during this really difficult period in my life.

Contacted them because they claimed to have experience of mediation where one of the parties is autistic. I found them to be quite cold and unhelpful and Juliette Dalrymple was incredibly inappropriate and discrimatory in demanding a commitment from one party (but not the other) that they should commit in advance to agree to compromise because people with autism don't like compromise". These stereotypical tropes help nobody. Withdrew from mediation in the end because I didn't trust them."

Absolutely shocking service. After paying £130 and been told I had a appointment the next morning if I missed my appointment I would loose my money. I recieved no phone call so i proceeded to call them back 17 times with no reply!!!!!!! Another government run service that's failing the public
