Scam warning l went to their so called shop at 95 Oxford Street in Manchester to be told by the buildings receptionist that no balloon company existed anywhere in the building 95 is a Fitness Studio so l say again SCAMMERS ONLY OPERATING ON THIS WEBSITE TELEPHONE NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST

Terrible. Ordered some balloons which never arrived, went on their webchat which goes to someone with no customer service training it would seem who does not work for Balloon Factory and cannot help! Then speaks to me as if it's my fault that I don't know that! I asked the nameless person how to get in touch with who I wanted to speak to and they told me to go on the website, I said I was on the website, that's how I got on to this Live Chat. They said 'no you haven't'. I asked if I called the number, would I speak to them or Balloon Factory, they said 'I don't have a phone'. Literally, that was how this 10 minute chat went, and I still have no idea still why this person was there.I called Balloon Factory the next day. The first time I called, someone picked up and then put me on hold straight away without saying a word. The second time I called (I hung up the first time after 2 minutes of being on hold) I did get a girl who spoke to me, but she also put me on hold without telling me she was about to do so. The girl told me that Royal Mail had delivered the balloons to the wrong depot, but then done nothing about it. She explained that I wouldn't be able to get them that day as it was a Sunday, and asked what I'd like to do. I asked for a refund, she said she would need to get her manager to do it as she was new. I said that was fine, could I get an email confirmation, and guess what? I didn't get an email and am now going to have chase this. Rubbish, unreliable, unprofessional company - do not use!
