I came to Ali & Angie at Bond Oxborough after an extremely dispiriting experience with a local competitor. By that stage, I was anxious to let my property ASAP and stipulated that ideally I wanted a tenant who did not need to give notice. Ali was very organized and proactive, sourcing me a choice of tenants within about 10 days. A tenant moved in just 23 days after I gave the green light to Bond Oxborough. All fees are as described; no nasty surprises. The tenant is happy, I am very happy and I'd highly recommend anyone who is seeking to let a property in Wadebridge to deal with Ali and Angie. They know the market and walk the walk, rather than just talking the talk.

I have always found the lettings team professional and enthusiatic about their work and what they do. We have dealt mostly with Ali and Angie and they are both fast and ready to respond to dealing with things and always willing to work with both the landlords and tenants and build lasting relationships not just a short term money making exercise. They obviously take pride in finding and supplying the right homes for people to live which is such an important role and one that they take seriously. We would definitely recommend them.
