Howdens - Southend-on-Sea

Within 6 months of having the kitchen, the cupboard doors were all ready peeling. This has happened to pretty much all of the kitchen. Tried to contact the company, but have not heard anything from them. Please don't waste your time or money with this company.

Howdens Southend were brilliant from the start. Steve designed a fabulous kitchen for me and had some great ideas which made my kitchen unique. They fixed any issues that cropped up quickly I would definitely use them again.

Brilliant. Can't fault the staff. And very helpful manager. Very helpful in all the questions I ask. Sorted out everything I needed. Plus plenty of free coffee and tea and snacks. A good place for trade only. Plenty of good offers. Tottaly recommend to anybody who is in the trade...

We have been in the process of choosing a new kitchen and want to commend the team at Howden’s in Southend. It goes without saying that the product is of a high quality and there is a great selection of designs and colours.Steve, who has been helping us has been absolutely outstanding. He has made some brilliant suggestions and he has been supremely patient with both myself and my husband.Our builder sent us in to make our choices and from planning and selection it has been effortless.Steve had some really valuable ideas about ways of keeping to our budget, without losing the design.We are very much out of our comfort zone with anything to do with interior design and valued support from all staff there.You may not be at the glossy showroom as with some of the competitors. But you do get really expert advice from people who are technically minded and far more options than some of the competitors in the same price range.Highly recommended and an absolute pleasure.

Staff friendly and offered great service and product knowledge. Warehouse staff helpful in loading van and happy with trade prices for newly opened account with the free goodies. I will use again on our next project.
