New customer, been twice and Janet is first class, very thorough and professional as well as friendly. Don't let the location put you off.

As usual ladies at talking heads are lovely and very friendly.I had my granddaughter for her first haircut and Dawn made her feel relaxed and at ease. Orla enjoyed her experience. Thank you. X

If I could give 0 I would. Terrible experience, went in to get a semi permenant on my roots and Janet made me ginger totally not what I asked for my hair is DARK BROWN! She then put something else on the top to make it brown and now it looks awful underneath my hair at the roots you can see the ginger coming through and now I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Once I wash that a couple of times the ginger is going to come straight through. This took 4 hours!!!!! I had plans in the afternoon and had to cancel because it took so long in there to make me look worse than what I was walking in. £45 to be ginger. And on top of that they don't have a card machine ... it's 2019. They tell you to go to the shop next door which has a cash machine which charges £1.75 for a withdrawal!!Talking heads? RUINING HEADS More like! AVOID!

I’ve just read the review from Shelly and thinks it’s very unfair telling people to AVOID , does she realise there are 4 hair stylist working at this Salon, Who certainly do not deserve this review . I have been coming here and have been styled by all the hairdressers and would recommend each and everyone as excellent.
