Pizza is always nice but rhe guys who run it are rude. If you order it for delivery its later than the time frame given and if you puck it up your looking at additional time to what that advised +20 minutes extra. Was asked to pay cash as its better than card but you have a card machine.

avoid at all costs, better to drive down to another pizza place, average pizza at best, rude staff, they forget ingredients that you ask for and blame it on you, rude staff, first and last time i been there.overpriced for an average taste pizza

I have had 1 or 2 bad experiences here don’t think I’ll be back again.The person serving me lied about what I would be served and then took card payment only to then tell me (whilst making something I did not want) that they were no longer making that specific food I had just ordered & payed for and I did not realise what he exactly meant by this until he had finished making the food that I did not want, I was under the impression that he was still going to be making what I had asked for as he hadn’t stated otherwise.. this was a very deliberate act and for that reason I will not be spending my money here again.

38 quid for 2 pizzas, a bottle of coke and a piece of garlic bread. Dreadful value for money as the food was sub standard. No effort at all gone into their produce. Give this place a wide berth as they clearly dont give a monkeys. Avoid.

Take heed to my warning people.Firstly, do not order from here it's garbage. I ordered two deep pan pizza's with extras. I downloaded & ordered through the app around 16:30. I received a text at 16:46 stating it will arrive at 17:31.Time ran over so I was patient and called after 15 mins & was told the driver was leaving. After half an hour it arrived warm. I asked the delivery to wait whilst calling them, Muhammad told me I could not return the pizza to get another but was advised to warm it in the oven because its cold, there's strikes (a whole bunch of excuses). I ordered deep pan but it isn't.Then he said I can go through the app to get a refund if I wished. After going on the app it stated I had to go through the store to get a refund.I have ordered from old kent road and haven't been disappointed. But I will never order from here again. Customer service is absolutely rubbish. Even tried rushing me off the phone.I expect to get my money back ASAP or I will be taking it further!

Ordered a Ham and Mushroom thin based pizza with bbq sauce and it wasn’t nice at all!! The delivery was later by 15 minutes and the driver didn’t even apologise. The pizza looking a little burnt, however it was near cold and the cheese became chewy and ham was very salty. NEVER again i absolutely wasted my money!!!

Save your money!Used to be really good, used to get a good selection of toppings, good sized pizza's and generaly valie for money. Last couple of times portion size down, prices up, less selection of topping making you pay for additional toppings, bbq wings" are just greacy and not got bbq sause on them.Shame they got greedy for money and now screw the cuatomer just like other chained pizza places. Im done ordering from them now."

The pizza is amazing, the prices are soooo good, honestly the best pizza place I have ever been too.

I was pleasantly surprised, pizza is really good and only took 10 min to make. If topped with a sprinkle of olive oil and a bit of fresh basil this could pass as a traditional Italian pizza. Guys are friendly. I prefer this any day to pizza express or other chain restaurants.
