I used this particular solicitor company for the sale of my property in Haverhill. This was not the smoothest of sales due to the buyers solicitor being completely incompetent and extremely slow in responding to any communication. I am 100% sure that If I did not instruct these particular solicitors Louise and Emma that the sale of my house would not have proceeded and I would have removed it from the market. Selling a house is extremely Stressful at the best of times however Louise especially made this very easy for me, she was pretty much always contactable by either email or phone. Please if you’re in any doubt instruct these solicitors because they are extremely good at what they do 100% would go with these guys and girls again. If I could give 10 stars I would extremely happy.

We used FMC to handle the sale of our house while we relocated from overseas and could not be happier. Emma handled the details and was brilliant! Louise Kerr from the Haverhill branch acted for us on the sale and purchase of our new property. The sale went through quickly and smoothly. The purchase was longer as WE pulled out of 3 due to findings from surveys. We have recently sold and purchased our property using FM & Co for the legals. Our point of call was Emma Stanley who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Emma was extremely responsive at all times (even out of working hours), polite, professional and helpful. While exchanging we had a few issues with the chain beneath us but Emma worked extremely hard to chase up the issues and keep us updated. I will definitely be using Emma and FM & Co in the future.
