Thankyou so much to Victor and the team. I was seen after hours at such short notice.I had a hip and knee problem that Victor identified and helped me to heal.I would definitely recommend this practice.

Went to the Clinic with a knee issue, after two sessions it was so much better so many thanks for your treatment and advice too.

My daughter received great care and advice for a problem with her knee. Praveen was fantastic with her, put her at ease straight away and after a few sessions she’s fully recovered. She knows how to look after it with ongoing self care and we feel welcome to go back with any questions or queries. I would thoroughly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. All the staff we met when we visited were lovely. Thank you for your help.

Apart from the normal care and attention you would expect on visiting a physio, Elliott was very encouraging and this for me was a big plus on my road to recovery after breaking three bones in my leg and foot and being unable to walk for a considerable length of time.Many thanks to Halstead physio.

Praveen was very helpful with my sore knee (early signs of arthritis behind the patella). He suggested a course of Ostenil injections but gave me plenty of time to investigate this option and seek a second opinion. In the meantime he set me up with some exercises to strengthen the joint. His injection technique was excellent and the pain is gone. I’m hoping to be able to resume some gentle running soon.I will be back if and when I have other problems.

A complete waste of my time. I had a serve pain in my foot so called this clinic and asked to see a podiatrist. I was told I could be seen in a couple of hours so I took the rest of the day off work and drove 45 minutes to the appointment to find out that the podiatrist wasn’t even in that day. By the time I made other calls to other clinics, even just missing the last appointment at another clinic which I would have made. Now I can’t be seen until after Christmas. So not only did I lose half a day of work before Christmas and took 2 hours out of my day to drive there and back. I will now spend Christmas with this pain in my foot. It really isn’t fair to mess someone around like this and especially before Christmas.

Elliott puts you at ease and is happy to answer any questions. He diagnosed my hip problem quickly and suggested treatment and exercises that have sorted it out in a few visits. Would recommend him highly.

Fabulous team and fabulous service. I’d recommend to anybody requiring physiotherapy from a local business.

Quick appointment provided but be careful with this place if something still doesn’t feel right. Told in December 2022 I’d tweaked my back that it was just stiff and would improve in around 7 days at which point I actually deteriorated, earlier this month in January I was hospitalised and had spinal operation for Myelopathy, now getting physio on the NHS as part of after care rehab.
