Isabel is a fantastic teacher, makes you feel so at ease and relaxed. Always happy and willing to help and give advice. A class where experience is irrelevant. Just get involved!

Isabel is the most wonderful yoga teacher. The lessons are bursting with fun, energy and good vibes. I leave feeling weightless and content - an hour perfectly spent, doing something just for me. What a treat to have such a fantastic yoga teacher.

I have really enjoyed going to these classes. Isabel is warm, welcoming, friendly, down to earth and plans different classes each week, bringing a fresh focus. I especially enjoy the mindfulness at the end but I have no doubt my body benefits from the rest of the class as well. Isabel explains things really well so that even as a Yoga newbie I can follow along with ease. I also like that she gives alternatives for some stretches and balances and everyone can work at their own pace and level, whether that's beginner or more advanced.I would very much recommend Isabel Brooks Yoga for individuals or for events/corporate days - as long as no one takes my place!

Love my sessions with Isabel, she’s fabulous teacher. I find the whole experience to be a warm, welcoming and friendly space. She gives you alternative moves so those of us who are beginners can keep up easily. I would highly recommend her classes.

During those times when I need to de-compress from life, switch off, let the chatter settle, let my body settle and 'lose' my mind for just a while, you will find me diving into one of Isabel's classes. As a yoga teacher myself I recognise her authenticity for the practice of yoga whilst holding a warm and safe space to truly release and let go. Thank you Isabel x
