Not even open despite Google saying it is. My usual carpet shop isn't open on Sunday so drove 40min round trip to a closed warehouse covered in open 7 days a week" signs."

Absolutely delighted with the standard of service from the Dunston store. Showroom staff could not be more helpful. Definitely not pushy unlike the large national stores found in the Team Valley; but highly professional showing me a range of carpets that were suitable for my needs. Vic came out and measured up, once again informative and truly professional. The carpet fitter arrived as planned and made a smashing job.It isn't usual these days to find a service that is so friendly and helpful but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Went for a carpet for my daughters bedroom, was greeted by very friendly and professional service, told them what I wanted , they gave me several options and were very attentive. Was quoted a very reasonable price and left very satisfied with my purchase. Would highly recommend this place.

Very helpful gentlemen. Helped with choosing what's best for us and measurements . Incredible team who couldn't of done more to help. Robert even managed to help with delivery and fit it around my routine. Couldn't of asked for more help as it's my first home and I was clueless. Will definitely be returning. The delivery was within 24hrs and they even helped move furniture and fit the flooring properly . I was previously let down by another flooring company and they took all the stress away.
