I came in yesterday for some advice and help regarding a faulty hedge trimmer - I was so pleasantly surprised of the warm, helpful reception I was shown. The guy working had the knowledge and skill to solve my issue almost immediately. I'm ever so grateful for the service. Thank you, it now works perfectly.

I purchased a lawnmower from this company and subsequently took it back for repair of a drive problem. The company contacted me to tell me that, in addition to the drive problem, they had identified a minor engine issue asking if I wished them to fix that as well.I gave permission for the additional work to be done and then waited for confirmation that the work had been completed and that I could collect the mower.After several weeks I had heard nothing and I phoned the company to enquire about progress with the repair. The company could not find my mower!After some further time, I was advised that the mower had been found and that I could come and collect it.It transpired that the drive problem had been corrected but the engine fault was still present.Some considerable time later the mower developed another drive problem.I returned the mower for repair and asked for the original engine problem to be addressed again.When I eventually uplifted the mower I was charged for both the drive repair and the engine repair. I mentioned that this repair should have been fixed when the machine was previously in for repair but this was met with a couldn’t care less attitude and I had to pay again.Not the service I expected and not a company I would recommend or deal with again.

Really excellent Customer Service from the showroom and workshop. Honest and open, making sure you have a the relevant information, to make informed decisions on your equipment. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, quick service. They register your 2 year guarantee for you. I have used my new Mountfield 300 mower today. It is half the weight of another I had looked at online, quieter than my old one and also more aesthetically pleasing as an added bonus.
