Sawston Yoga
The purpose built studio is lovely, Louise is a fabulous instructor and I have always left the lessons very clam and relaxed. I really recommend Sawston Yoga.

Sawston Yoga
Sawston yoga has a lovely purpose built studio. Louise is an amazing teacher with a wonderful calming voice. I highly recommend sawston yoga to everyone they do lots of different classes to suit everyone.

Sawston Yoga
After doing vast amounts of training for a triathlon I signed up to Sawston Yoga to help loosen up my incredibly stiff muscles, aches and pains. Not only did it help with all these problems, but I came out feeling like I was walking taller and felt an inner calm I had never experienced before. Louise has a wonderfully calming voice and softly explains each move with great support and knowledge. I highly recommend!
