Ordered shirts from this company recently, and got a very upsetting set of threatening emails and phone calls to us with a couple of weeks of sending the invoice. No real attempt at communicating with us was made, 'Alan Drake' just escalated suddenly to making legal threats against members of our local sports club. We are volunteer-run, not a big business, and came back after holidays in August to some very upsetting threats. We paid immediately at that point (a friendly reminder would've been sufficient though), and will not be doing any more business with a company like that.

Extremely helpful staff and an excellent, high quality product. It was a small job (2 t-shirts and 2 running t-shirts), bespoke designs and they were completed by the next day to a very high standard. Good value too.
