Went Christmas shopping in Pandora in Carmarthen yesterday with my PA. Really struggled and felt overwhelmed with the amount of options and the cashier Beth instantly knew I have autism and was incredibly supportive and helpful. Broke down the different options for the people I was buying for and was incredibly kind. Would 100% recommend going here. Definitely have good knowledge on customers with additional needs!

Fantastic store, brilliant service and a very warm welcome. Bought a new ring and asked how clean my old one and they offered to clean it for free which I didn't know they did. Helped out alot more than she had to, overall a very positive visit :-) happy happy happy.

Total disappointment!! Worst experience ever.. Staff were very unhelpful, one girl serving us didn't seem interested in selling us anything, or finding out what we cam in for, had no product knowledge and spent most of her time with her head in a cupboard while other staff members stood around staring... clearly the store is making so much profit they can afford to disregard customers!!!!!!!

Enjoyed my visit yesterday helpful staff member was able help Me been undeceive about what actually wanted made my shopping experience better also allowed me to take my dog in to the store which helped due my dogs anxiety been separated from me for while. Highly recommended cannot wait my next visit which shall be next few days
