Lovely shop, with an amazing selection of party bits, cards, wrap, bags and brilliant balloons!

Very impressed with the staff and the quality of product. Bought a personalised helium balloon for a new baby girl on 11/2/23 and it is still as good as the first day nearly 5 weeks later!!!NB balloon finally came down at 11 weeks!!!

Absolutely awful. I bought 2 balloons for my husbands birthday and they deflated within 48hrs. I couldn't use them nor take them back the next day as we were busy but also have a new born so couldn't even run to the shop to get them sorted. Lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn't even let me speak. I will not be using them again and nor do I recommend them.

Shame there is no 0. Paid for 2 balloon bunches for my sons birthday party today to be picked up at 10.30am. I was standing outside in the rain the store is shut, no one is picking up, the party is in an hour and I have spent all morning trying to get through to someone and now find an alternative

This seemed to have been removed, must be in error.Bought two table balloon displays consisting of one foil and two latex balloons. One latex burst on the way to the car, went back and got another. Driving to the venue to decorate and another burst. Took them back and while waiting in the shop a third burst in front of the man that worked there. Clearly a faulty batch. It was then offered to do the balloons again using less helium therefore the balloons being smaller. My sister declined and said to eliminate the risk of further bursting, she would add another foil ballon to each display instead of the latex. The man at the shop requested payment before they did them. I’m all for supporting small business, but really, these people really need to learn how to treat customers, especially a customer that has been inconvenienced with poor quality goods and has returned to the shop twice to have this rectified.
