Went in at 10 50told that I couldn't have a big mac as it was still breakfast so asked for breakfast muffin it was so long in coming that I could have ordered a big mac place dull staff helpful but surely

Absolutely shocking bad service waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac meal partially in the drive through then parked up & went in .. loads of staff doing sod all !! By the time they cooked the Big Mac the fries were completely dry & cold never experienced a worse service ever anywhere

We just had breakfast at Crossland mcdonalds. We were greeted by a lovely lady lesley. She spoke beautifully to my kids and kept them occupies with colouring etc. A home from home friendly but professional vibe! Absolutely will be back.

Food was very cold went back to speak to one of the staff member give me a new one I checked it in front of here and even that was cold the staff were not very nice there alway speak down on you food hygiene is not very good staff smoking out side with there family members or even school kids by the play area which is not right the manger will not do anything about it very bad place should never be open should close the place down I spoken to food safety standards they are going to look in to problems at MC Donald's.

Both fries and burger were warm and fresh. The ice cream machine I believe is the only one that is actually working in Wales!

Food on takeaway at best lukewarm, usually cold so have to return, by which time you have lost your appetite. As a so called restaurant it's difficult to see how it manages to call itself that.

McDonalds is McDonalds I guess. We only had McFlurries and would have preferred the galaxy counters to be mixed in with the ice cream. Service was steady but not quick at the Drive Thru and it took 3 attempts for the cashier to hear my PIN code for the app. Overall, pretty decent but room for improvement
