I just wanted to raise my disappointment on the service and quality of work received at Wraptor Signs Oxfordshire.I had booked in for a roof and spoiler wrap on Saturday December 21st 2019 at 9am.Firstly, I arrived with plenty of time before the initial 9am start, to then find the gates closed with a padlock. I then decided to wait another 20 minutes past the booking time of 9am, but there was still no sign of anybody. At this stage it raised concerns that I had the wrong day. Therefore, I checked my Timify confirmation email that was received on the 29th November, this stated Sat 21/12/19 09:00.At this point I decided to reach out via Facebook messenger to see if there was an issue. At this point I received a message advising that the booking had been missed. At this stage I had been waiting close to an hour.On the point of contact I was very disappointed as I had arranged my weekend plans regarding getting this work complete. However, this conversation lead to rearrangement for another date for December 27th at 10am.I then returned on the 27th December to carry out the roof and spoiler wrap which I have placed a deposit for when the Black Friday deal was available.After completion of the wrap I advised that I was disappointed with the finish. At the time I had stated that the lines cut were not straight on the spoiler, the wrap had blade slices meaning that the cut was rushed, corners were also pealing and the fact it wasn’t finished to the locations advised.- One of the worst bits being that when cleaning my car ( a week later), I noticed a cut mark on the paintwork. This was a huge disappointment as I would never expect damage to be done to car.Since having the wrap on for nearly two weeks, the advised squeegee marks along with bubbles are still apparent. More so the squeegee. Under natural lighting and lit areas, the whole roof looks scratched front to back. For a customer that has had roof wrapping completed before from a previous company which is identical to car that was wrapped, the finish is completely different.At this stage I am now in a position where I am going to have to pay out for this work again to get the finish I expected in the first place. I wanted to use Wraptor signs as I have seen some good finishes like the two ford fiestas with Deadpool and Smurfs. Therefore, I thought it was great use a more local company than traveling into London.I wanted to give Wraptor Signs the benefit of the doubt, I wouldn’t post a negative review without contacting the company first. However, following the lack of response received I be looking to post my negativity through reviews.Avoid!
