North Kensington Fire Station (G27)

Thank you all for arriving as fast as you did to neighbours fire on Ladbroke Grove this evening. Their fire alarm is constantly going off (maybe due to smoking or bad cooking?) but this time it was real.Too close to comfort to be this worried especially with a families living next door. Thank you again, true heroes.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the firemen from the North Kensington fire station for coming to my rescue yesterday.Stranded on a rooftop 4 floors up their pragmatic approach and deft skills combined with professional kindness in getting me back in to the building made what was a worrying situation that was impossible for me to get out of possible.They arrived quickly and I am very thankful that there is a nearby fire station working on behalf of the local community and surrounding area.Lastly but just as importantly I laud their unsung selfless dedication to their work in these times of social distancing where with no thought to their own personal safety and with dedicated resolve did what was needed to be done as a team to rescue me.If it hadn’t been for them I would still be stuck on the roof today.

When I desperately needed help , called North Kensington fire station , 3 firefighters came in no time & they very absolutely amazing. Professional, polite, hard working, fit for purpose, definitely 10 out of 10 .Thank you guys, much appreciated.Nikita

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the 3 firefighters from North Ken fire station who attended my home today. My cat had fallen 4 storeys and landed on a low roof I was unable to access. They arrived so quickly and retrieved my cat's body. They were sensitive, caring and professional and even cheered up my 6 year old son by letting him have a look in the fire engine and try on a helmet. Thank you so much for everything you do for the community.
