Disappointing service, the guy that delivered to us in tinshill mount was incredibly rude and inconsiderate and extremely angry for no reason other tha the fact he had to wait 2 minutes whilst we came down the stairs to answer the door. This guy will bring down your business and highly suggest you fire him! Delivered 8:10pm

Plenty of food came nice and hot , but had no flavour , paid £2 for some gravy that had zero flavour usually chinese gravy is full of flavour but not this one I won't be ordering again

Children working at the front counter is strange and should be at home. I believe that's illegal anyway. The food and service are decent, but the place needs improvement. It's a very old-school establishment, but everything else is fine.

Recently within the last few months we have started using New Oriental. Prior I had seen several bad reviews although our experience has been very different. They are very friendly professional people all of them including the delivery driver too. The prices are very reasonable compared to most local Chinese. I have never had a complain regarding anything the food is always lovely and the service is exceptional!! Thank you New Oriental.

Foul Mouth - I have just rang the restaurant for the first time to see if the food is Halal, the man who answered the phone was swearing at me and using the f word and carrying on saying don't ever ring here again. I said 'I just want to enquire if the food is Halal. He said no, he then must have realised that I was someone else and said 'sorry about that', I said no problem and ended the call. Honestly, it was a bad experience, and very unprofessional telephone manner, let's hope he cools down soon.

I can’t rate the food unfortunately, as we never actually received it. Ordered at 18:05, was told the driver has our order and will be 20 mins at 19:20. 19:50 still nothing. We called again, told another 20 minutes, we asked if they had lost our order or if they had just simply not cooked it. They hung up on us and then desengaged the phone so we could not call. Really bad service and won’t be using again!!!
