Premier Blinds

I would be very tempted to leave 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible! Premier Blinds came to give me a quote for three blinds in my new house for the kitchen, bathroom and patio doors. I also got another company to give me a quote to give me something to compare the prices to, which the man from Premier Blinds didn't seem to be too impressed with, but it isn't actually that out of the ordinary to get two quotes is it?!So I received the quote and was very happy with two of the blinds, however they didn't have the colour I wanted in the other set of blinds for the patio. I called the man a couple of days later and asked him if he could visit again and bring the samples of the kitchen blinds and was very honest and said I wanted him to supply the kitchen and bathroom blinds but explained the only reason I wasn't going with them for the patio ones was due to wanting a different colour which they did not have. He seemed a bit annoyed on the phone but agreed to come and bring the samples for the kitchen.I have just received a text message off him saying as I am not going ahead with the three blinds that I originally asked him to quote for he is going to cancel the appointment as I am not going ahead with the patio door blinds with them!!This person does not know my financial situation, what if I had originally only asked him to quote for two blinds would he have said no?! his business must be doing very well if he can turn down work and cut his nose of despite his face!! so they would basically rather lose all the business just because they are put out that i have gone to another company for one of the blinds?!I've now wasted a week thinking this company would be supplying me with blinds and now have to find somewhere else! Absolutely ridiculous customer service and would never deal with again.
