Large Fries were not even half full to the container, thought they had fallen out there was so little in there but none in the bag! To add to disappointment they were cold and not salted. The Burger was lukewarm at best and tasted funny! Also asked if the receipt was in the bag and it wasn't so unable to report on Food for Thoughts so moaning here instead! A disappointing visit overall.

Gave us the wrong breakfast order which we didn't realise until 5 miles later. No point in turning back. So whoever hot ours would have been even more disappointed. Order at the window was correct and charged correctly.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our drive through order after placing the order. We chose drive through for speed, so this defeated the object, we were not told about the potential delay despite there being two opportunities, 1 at time of ordering, 2 at the payment window, it was only at collection window. Had we been told at the first two opportunities we would have not placed an order and just driven through, or cancelled our order at payment window and not paid.

Everything good about the restaurant but the parking restriction and fines if you go over 1:30 hours is ridiculous. Hence I have reduced the stars. Paying £60 -100 fine is abhorrent !!! Especially when there is adequate parking. I get it that they need to monitor but the fine needs to be reasonable and gauged to whether you are there eating in the restaurant !

I have to say I don’t fully expect high quality of customer service when coming to Macdonalds, and to be honest I don’t blame the young staff, they are treated horrendously by the public. But one lad stood out on my recent visit with my kids and I feel he deserved some recognition for his high standard of service. His name is James, he was running the floor on the day I visited, which was 16/08/23 at about 1.30. He was incredibly friendly, immensely helpful and just a breath of fresh air. We all commented on how lovely he was, offering to clear our food, offering to assist in anyway, just a credit to that store.

Food badly put together, appeared to have been dropped as dirt on the burger box and burger all over the place inside & cold. Chips cold, no gas or ice in drink. Other than that a lovely example of how food should not be cooked or presented

SLOW service. Ran out of specials. Didn’t get what I ordered in the drive thru (which is common with McDonalds), drink was a bit flat, no ice and the fries were a bit soggy and luke warm.How can McDonalds be generally faultless in the US and so bad in the U.K.??

Wanted a quick snack with my daughter. Used the screen and ordered. Very slow for food to arrive. Food was nice if a little bit cold.

Great just the standard McDonald's eatery, was very busy but no problem managed to get a table food was as it should be quickly served freshly cooked and everything you expect. Staff were friendly and busy trying to keep tables free of spillages, dropped chips etc. Have no complaints was just what was needed at the time. Satisfied the hunger. Only one minor fault they had run out of the special tomato sauce for the cheesy nuggets, but it was bank holiday and was very busy.
