Do not use this chemist.Numerous issues such as:Qualified chemist doesn't turn up so no prescriptions issued.They only download scripts from the doctors 2 or 3 times a day, so something issued in the morning will be excused with it only can't over last night"Even if you get something issued a week earlier

Great pharmacy!Had called round 9 before I finally found the antibiotics we needed. I dropped off the prescription and came back a couple of hours later to collect.Pharmacist was lovely, patient, helpful and explained how to take them and store them.Thank you!

Love this chemist and most of all, the staff. The head pharmacist is an absolute gem, always willing to advise or go that extra mile and even pop off and talk to a doctor in the surgery next door for help for me.You couldn't ask for a better service, they are all gold star!

Pharmacy itself is decent but they never answer the phone. I’ve rang multiple times and held for a minimum of 10 minutes each time

The more I have needed to use this Pharmacy is the better the experience I have.The Pharmacist herself even gives follow up calls to make sure the medicines you have been prescribed are working ok and checks to see if you may be having any side affects.The front desk is very helpful both face to face and over the telephone, helping me with many various things.Great improvement over the years.Thank you!

Got my prescription wrong and refused to acknowledge their mistake instead apologising. Not the right attitude for a chemist. They really need to get prescriptions right for obvious reasons.

I have tried calling the pharmacy several times to find out if my prescription was there and no answer. So today 17th October my partner went in to see if it was there. The women was rude and didn’t know what she was doing. Apparently they’re was no prescription for me. When there was. Thank you to the other lady who clearly state it was there I won’t be using this pharmacy anymore
