Absolutely first rate service. Dropped my Ribble bike off with Michael and the team last week and they made it feel good as new. They even fitted my new wheels to my bike today free of charge. Excellent local business run by lovely people. Highly recommended.

Fantastic local bike shop. These guys really know their stuff. The staff are approachable, friendly and professional with great attention to detail and they really go the extra mile. They rang round town helping to get me a new saddle the same day too. A full bike service (including a decent clean) cost £55, and it cost £14 on top for two sorely needed replacement brake pads. My bike rides like new!

I was sold a bike from here that had not been serviced properly and was dangerous to ride (the wheel fell off on my second ride). Very disappointing especially since I told them I would be adding a child seat to it. Took the bike back to get fixed but again there were still issues afterwards - the chain was loose, the gears kept falling out when changed and the wrong type of cable had been used for the gears/brakes. They said to expect this from a second hand bike.To be fair to them, I was given a partial refund on the bike in the end even though I'd had the bike for some time (just only used twice). However the service was a bit dodgy - at first they claimed to not recognise the receipt and questioned who I bought the bike from, saying they would not have sold a bike in this condition. Then my partner went to speak with them they claimed I was a regular, could remember everything and they had fitted the child seat for me (not true) and watched me ride out with the bike (not true). All a bit dodgy.

The shop owner went all the way to Stratford to get the right spokes for my bike on a bank holiday because he knew my daughter was looking forward to her cycling holiday. Top man!!

Had such a good experience here. He put a new tyre on my bike really quickly, and oiled my chain etc. I thought my bell was broken and he could easily have sold me a new one, but instead showed me how to fix it. Prices were really reasonable too. Would really recommend this place.

Aren't open when they say they will be. Had to call and wait for the owner both times I went. Did a half job on the bike, then offered to complete it for more money. Overall bad experience for me. Would have gone somewhere else if I'd have known.

Total charlatans. These guys asked me to buy a specific part to fix my bike, then for weeks and weeks every time I called they deflected and said 'oh, it'll be ready next week'. After months of this (during which time I'd been pregnant and had a baby) I went in and they then said 'you bought the wrong part' despite them showing me the exact item on eBay on my phone. By this point it had been about six months since I gave my bike in, so I took my bike to Mamachari up the road who have been enormously helpful. Couldn't have had two more different experiences.

Ended up paying £160 for a service. I honestly feel because I didn’t have any bike knowledge I just got over priced and ripped off.As soon as I walked in the customer service was awful.. No welcome greeting just completely getting ignored whilst no one was in the shop??We agreed on a price and I paid on the spot for me to come back again the following week and said his done me a favour adding in extra equipment to the bike without my knowledge and asked for £80 more?I have recently and taken my Bike to Cycle MOT in Walthamstow and they have taken everything off the bike that was placed to begin with as it was all wrong which has caused me extra Expense but the job was done perfect!I highly suggest everyone with bike repairs to go to Cycle MOT in Walthamstow.. Reasonable prices and the job will get done to the best standards and you will not get scammed for your money to pay extra without any notification.
